Hi Friends and Happy Tuesday! It’s new Release at Taylored Expressions and it’s a Fun in the Sun Summer Release! Today, I’m sharing cards using the Boho Triple Slim Stencil and Tropical Leaves Dies.

Boho Triple Slim Stencil, Cover Plate & Boho Hellos

The Boho Triple Slim Stencil + Clear Combo has such a fun vibe and the Boho Hellos Sentiments are a perfect with the Mod Style. It’s so much fun to get three card designs from one layering stencil…today I have one A2 and two Mini Slim Cards to share. I picked out my Summer Boho Color Palette in Tropical Punch, Dried Fig, Cookie Monster and Peaches n’ Cream. There are four stencils in this set so I used the Bitty Blenders to add one color per layer. I cut the panels to size using my paper trimmer and started decorating the panels.

All of the cards use the Boho Hello Sentiment Stamps & Dies stamped in Dried Fig or Tropical Punch either placed directly to the Boho Stenciled Panel or on a Boxed Top Stacklet in Sugar Cube. For extra dimension & shine I added Rose Gold Thin Frame die-cuts to all three cards.

The Boho Cover Plate is a perfect match with the circular panel design, so of course I had to add a white die cut cover plate. You can match-up cutting plate border lines on the stencil or you can turn it upside down for 4-grid circle like I did on my card.

I placed one of the panels on a Pearl & Dried Fig embossed Rainbow All Around panel for the A2 card design. Creating an A2 Card from your Mini Slim panels, is such a great way to stretch your supplies!

Tropical Leaves & Hello Sunshine Sentiments

Using the Tropical Leaves Dies, I cut several colors of bright & bold cardstock, arranged them to an Oreo Card Base with Liquid Adhesive all the way to the edge trimming any excess with scissors. When the leaves had an inlay I added a complimentary color for added interest.

For extra dimension and shine, I added Cosmic Bits & Pieces. The Hello Sunshine “Life is Better in the Summer” was stamped in Tropical Punch (because the color matches and it’s called “Tropical” Punch 😀) and a Sending Good Vibes Summer Mini Strip.

Hi Friends and Happy Tuesday! The new Wedding Release at Taylored Expressions is now available and it’s SO pretty. For my wedding cards, I went with a monochromatic white look (with hints of silver and pearl) using the new Mr & Mrs Stamp & Cutting Plate and All the Way Stamps & Dies.

MR & MRS Stamp & Cutting Plate

I love how soft and delicate this card turned out with the white heat embossed vellum and all the pretty cutting plate impressions. Starting with TE vellum and the TE Anti-Static Powder Tool, I stamped Mr & Mrs with VersaMark Ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder. I lined up the Mr & Mrs Cutting plate with the embossed letters and die cut the intricate pattens into the vellum. To create a lace-like layered look, I adhered the vellum with liquid adhesive around the panel edge to a white card panel that I die cut using the Mr & Mrs Die Cut. The white stitch frame was added to the edge of the card panel to help hide the adhesive that shows through the vellum. For the finishing touch, I added white layered florals with Pearl centers from the How Does Your Garden Grow Die Set and adhered the decorated panel to an Oyster Card Base.

All the Way Congrats Stamp & Die

The All the Way Congrats Stamp & Die font is absolutely gorgeous and a great focal point for pretty backgrounds. I stamped Congratulations with VersaMark Ink, heat embossed in TE Silver Embossing Powder and Die Cut using the coordinating die. I layered the silver embossed sentiment behind a silver foil cardstock die-cut for a pretty shadow effect below the sentiment. I added the sentiment along with a silver embossed Mini Strip Wedding Sentiment to a white-on-white Leafy Vine Cutting Plate background. I added the pretty How Does Your Garden Grow White Floral Die Cuts with Pearl Centers to the leaves & vines for extra interest and dimension. The finishing touch, was a Silver Foil A2 Thin Frame that I adhered to the edge of the Leafy Vine Panel.
