Hi Friends and Happy Tuesday. Oh my goodness the newest release from Taylored Expressions is the most adorable Baby Release Ever! Today, I’m sharing Five! cards using two of the new die sets: Wooden Toys & the Littlest Laundry.
For the Wooden Toys triplet card set, I first used the Scalloped Squares Masking Stencils to create pastel backgrounds in Mint Julep for the Elephant, Sprinkles+Salt Water Taffy for the Duck and Lavender Glaze for the Whale.
With VersaMark ink I stamped the Full Circle-Baby image to the pastel blue background and heat embossed with white embossing powder and stamped tone-on-tone with Mint Julep to the pastel green background.
Two of the panels where die cut into panels using the Scallop and Stitched Rectangle Stacklets. The wooden toys were die cut from white cardstock and their accent pieces (Ear, Wing & Tail) colored with Copic colors in Gray-C2, Yellow-Y13/15 and Teal-BG11/13.
I embellished each of the cards with yellow bakers twine for the duck, heart clay embellishments for the whale and a Diagonal Stitched Square for the elephant.
For the sentiments, I added a Toffee & White Heat embossed Mini Strip-Baby Sentiment. To finish the cards, I adhered the decorated panels to a tone-on-tone stamped background card base using the Gingham Check with Potato Chip, Diagonal Diamonds with Sprinkles & Playful Plaid with Lavender Glaze.

The littlest laundry is SOOOOOO Adorably Sweet with the little onesies and cute little bib. I paired each of the card designs with the Cloudy Skies Piecing Plate and the Frame in Frame 2 Cutting Plate.
For the little laundry die-cut pieces, I used the Sweet Playful Patterns Paper Pack and Cupcake and Sprinkles Card Stock, Silver Glitter Card Stock for the clothesline and Toffee for the clothespins. I used liquid adhesive to adhere all the pieces together.
For the sentiments, I added a Toffee & White heat embossed Mini Strip-Baby sentiment. For a little extra color to the Baby Boy card, I added a piece of blue vellum (ink blended with Sprinkles Ink) behind the laundry.
