Hi Friends and Happy Thursday! It’s a Two-Fer Release Week at Taylored Expressions! I’m here today sharing an encouragement card using the Virtual Stamp Joy 2021 Exclusives that are now available in the shop for purchase.
For my card, I used the Chasing Rainbows Cling & Clear Stamp Set and Coordinating Chasing Rainbows Stencil.
To get started, I stamped the Rainbow Cling background with VersaMark ink and heat embossed with silver embossing powder. I used the Clear stamp to add the rainbow beams in Lavender Glaze, Confetti Cake and Gumball Inks. I added the sparkly raindrops using the Chasing Rainbow Stencil and applying Glitter Paste with a Nuvo Spatula and then coating with Sugar Cube Fine Glitter.
For the sentiment panel, Idie-cut the clouds using the Build a Scene-Rolling Clouds die in both Sugar Cube Cardstock and Vellum and adhered them to the center of the card panel. Since the color of the rainbows was a little blue in hue, I thought the sentiment was a perfect match for the card. For a finishing touch, I added a Bits & Pieces Full of Heart Embellishment above the sentiment.
