Oh, my goodness…I am so excited about the latest collection of Interactive CardMaking Goodies at Taylored Expressions. This release is full of super adorable stamps, beautiful bold sentiments with interactive dies and pre-cut/scored cardstock that all go together to create fun and easy Theater Fold cards or you can use the stamps & sentiments on their own to create non-interactive card designs.
You’ll be ready to start making interactive Theater Fold Cards when you purchase our Theater Fold Starter Bundle, available for a limited time only! The bundle includes one Theater Fold Frame Die and two sets of our Theater Fold Flaps (one each in Sugar Cube and Toffee), as well as a 6×6 Paper Pack in Playful Patterns – Bold! The Theater Fold Starter Bundle is available through Sunday, April 23, or while supplies last.

So how about some cardmaking ideas and inspiration. Today, I’m sharing three cards: a Theater Fold Card along with two non-interactive cards using the Bitty Borders, Oh My Word Hello and Oh My Word Happy Birthday Stamps & Dies.
I went all in on the Rainbow Theme with the Over the Rainbow Die, Rainbow Inked Sentiments and bright and cheerful ink and cardstock colors: Watermelon, Lollipop, Candy Corn, Pineapple, Cookie Monster & Jelly Donut.
Hello Friend-Bitty Critters Interactive Card

Theater Assembly: Using the Scattered Stars Stencil, I ink-blended Poppy Seed and Oreo Ink to add the stars to the Theater Frame Die Cut. Then I turned the frame over and attached the Theater “beams” to the back of the stenciled star frame. With my MISTI and an assortment of ink cube colors, I rainbow-stamped the Hello Sentiment to the two “curtain” rectangle die cuts.
Setting the Stage: I assembled the Theater Fold Flaps and added a Diagonal Stitched Rectangle Frame to the inside of the “stage” and decorated the stage with three rainbow arches, the water colored Bitty Border Critters and the “Just Peeking In” Sentiment. To the side stage panels, I adhered a few rainbow-colored heart die cuts.
Curtain Call: After the inside stage was fully decorated, I fed the flaps through the sides of the Theater Frame and attached the Rainbow Hello Curtain pieces to the inside of the Stage and completed the design with a “Friend” Building Block Sentiment. Now when you pull the curtains back, the stage is set to receive a Happy Hello from the Cute Bitty Border Critters!

Oh My Word-Happy Birthday!
Continuing with the Rainbow Everything Theme, I stamped the Happy Birthday Sentiment from Oh My Word-Happy Birthday in Oreo for “Happy” and Rainbow Gradient Ink Colors for “Birthday”.

Then I used the coordinating die to cut the individual H-A-P-P-Y letters and Birthday sentiment. Using liquid adhesive, I added the Over the Rainbow Die Cut Pieces to a Diagonal Stitched Rectangle Panel. Then I adhered the Birthday sentiment to the bottom of the rainbow and scattered Happy across the rainbow arches. To finish the card, I added several white card stock star die cuts from the Little Bits-Grad Confetti die set.
