Hi Friends! The Pops of Paper Kiddo and I are stopping by real quick to let you know we’re on the Trinity Stamps Blog this week sharing a fun way to use the Monster Love Stamp Set and Coordinating Dies to create cute Valentines for school. We hope you’ll join us over at Trinity Stamps for all the details.
Hi Friends! Thanks for *hopping* by and welcome to the Pops of Paper Blog. Ellen Hutson is celebrating the new Avery Elle goodies with a Blog Hop full of card making inspiration and a Hop Giveaway. Links to the entire hop and giveaway details are below.
Today, I have not one but three Clean and Simple cards using the newly released Sunflowers Stamp Set; each card showcasing one of the three sunflower images from the set. With all this winter weather, it was so nice to color these bright and cheerful sunflowers and combine them with black and white accents for a little extra pop.
For my first card, I heat embossed the grapevine wreath image with white embossing powder on EH Ebony Black Card Stock. Then I stamped the Happy Everything sentiment to white cardstock and then hand-cut into a banner. I adhered the sunflower image and banner to the wreath along with some pretty clear sequins for a little extra dimension. To complete the card, I added a Black and White Polka Dot Washi Border to a white card panel and adhered the Sunflower GrapeVine Wreath to card panel
For my second card, I focused on the largest sunflower image by creating a bottom weighted CAS card design with offset popped up sunflower images.
So there we are friends, three clean and simple cards using the newly released Sunflower Stamp Set from Avery Elle. I hope you enjoyed my projects today and have a great time seeing all the amazing inspiration on the hop!!
